If you can create your own Google Sheet, just label a few columns and start adding your shows. There are four simple one-time steps to connect your sheet to the system. After that, update your show info anytime.

If you can access shared Google Docs or Sheets but can’t create your own, just use the Community sheet we’ve set up. It works like a personal sheet, but you’ll be sharing it with other creators—so please be careful not to modify their rows. Feel free to add, edit, or remove your own shows anytime.

If you prefer not to use Google Sheets, you can submit as many shows as you'd like through our simple Google Form.

Shows added through the form can be deleted using the "entry code" you choose on the form. (Write that one down!) Just click on the Tools icon in your show on the schedule, enter your code, and kiss that show goodbye!

Google Sheets is an online spreadsheet tool similar to Microsoft Excel, but designed for collaboration—multiple people can create, edit, and remove rows in real time. With the right permissions, programmers can also access data from specific sheets. (That's how we get your information into the schedule! 🙂)

• If your handle is different on different platforms, upload your avatar once for each handle/platform.
• For best results, use a square image.
• The image you upload cannot exceed 10 MB.
• Avatars are reviewed before being added to the system.
